You'll be working in an exciting ever changing environment talking to our customers and ensuring our service remains number one in the market. Yo! u'll need to be full of energy, charming and have great commun! ication skills so as to delight our customers time after time. What's more you'll find plenty of people around you with the same zest and sparkle, so there's no lack of passion, excitement and variety.
Whatever our customers want, you'll be fully trained during our intensive seven week training programme to deal with their call in a fast, efficient and professional manner. Using your natural charm, and of course, shining personality, you will easily build rapport, open up conversations and delight our customers by delivering amazing service.
We have Full Time roles available. That’s working 36 hours per week. As we’re a 24/7 operation your shifts will include late finishes and weekend work.
These roles starts 20th January 2014.
