Total Recruitment Group is looking for a number of customer service advisors for a large contract based within Glasgow City Centre. Our client is a fast growing prestigious organisation who has a number of opportunities for the right people.
Please note this is an immediate start.
The role
This is to work on a well known brand campaign, handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, all consisting of warm leads to promote and organise energy efficient work to be done to customers across the country.

You will processing and capturing data onto! an in house database, so good data processing skills and working knowledge of windows based software, word is essential.
You will be confident and understand the importance of excellent customer service. You will be hardworking, enthusiastic with great drive and the ability to use your own initiative.
Finer details
Our client offers a full time temporary role, which is expected to last 7 weeks, training will be working 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, thereafter you will commence on a 12.00pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday shift pattern, which will also involve working every second Saturday.
This is a 37.5 hours working week.
