Xpress Recruitment is working with a market leading FMCG business to help recruit a Key account manager to join the business. This company is going through a period of real investment and growth as it looks to further strengthen its position as the leading company in this sector.
The Job;
As a Key account manager the successful applicant will be responsible for a portfo! lio of accounts with a turnover of between £4m and £6m. You will be targeted to achieve and exceed set margin targets within your accounts while also consistently promoting new products and services as they come on-line. A key element to this role is developing relationships both within the accounts and also internally as well to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
The Person;
The ideal candidate for this Key Account Managers role will be able to demonstrate experience of managing large, profitable accounts, ideally in the FMCG sector. You will be a fantastic communicator with the ability to execute account plans and work to targets. This role forms part of a wider, national accounts team and benefits from support from a highly experienced team along with cutting edge technology support. Travel throughout Scotland will be required so a full driving licence is essential and we are ideally looking for someone based in the central belt.
