An exciting opportunity as a Clinical Sales Team! Lead is available for a rapidly expanding medical device company specialising in innovative surgical and diagnostic devices. This position will require an experienced medical device sales professional with a strong background in operating rooms to manage clinical sales specialists on a national scale, as well as acquiring new territory to develop and grow the sales of this unique haematology device range across the Northern part of the UK and Scotland.
Working with a specialised haematology device that is unique to anything else currently on the European medical device market, this position as a Clinical Sales Team Lead will allow for you to develop your name within a globally successful organisation and expand your sales experience with surgeons and haematology professionals across hospitals and clinics around Northern England and Scotland. With expansion currently occurring on an international scale, you will be liaising with international teams and will be resp! onsible for account management, 4 direct reports and developin! g sales plans across the Northern territory to ensure the continual success of this companies innovative haematology product line. This position is primarily a sales role but you will also be responsible for managing 4 clinical sales specialists and co-ordinating sales activities across the whole of the UK and Scotland.
Key Requirements for this Haematology Sales Team Lead include:
- A life science degree or clinical qualification
- At least 2 years of medical device sales experience
- Previous experience with anaesthetists, ITU doctors or surgeons
- Strong experience with diagnostic or minimal invasive devices
- Previous management experience is beneficial but not essential
- Candidates must already be based in the North of the UK or Scotland and previous experience with haematology products is beneficial but not essential.
