Description: BCW is presently looking of Full Time Telephone Negotiators right now, this position will be placed in Scotland. More details about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Back Shift 11.30 am - 20.00 pm Monday to Thursday and Two Saturday's per month from 09.00 to 1.00 pm.
£14,500 is pro rata

We require good communicators who work well under pressure and are target driven. You need to be flexible, a strong team player, with the ability to influence and negotiate repayment arrangements with late payers over a range of debt types and balances. Direct experience is not essential, but an aptitude for inbound and outbound alike telephone calling is required, and previous experience of dialers would be useful. You will need to be fair but assertive, and remain calm and focused at all times.
