Reporting to the Branch Manager or Area Manager, your role will be responsible for providing primarily, excellent customer service and be responsible for the team that work at the ‘front of house’ area that includes reception, checkouts, the car park and the cash and banking area. Helping to ensure colleague rotas are correct and that the right people are working in the right places at the right times, they are responsible for making sure that the Branch Team offers the highest standards in customer service and minimise risk thr! ough effective debt control and cash handling.
Applic! ants must be able to demonstrate their ability through a proven track record in driving improvements, particulary within the customer service sector. Keyholder responsibilities may be required.
This is a full time position (42 hours) . We are a 7-day week operation, and therefore flexibility is key to cover all the working hours we require throughout the working week including some weekends, and late nights .
Branch opening times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7.30am- 4.30pm ,Thursday 730.am - 7.00pm Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm ,Sunday 10.00am- 2.00pm
You will be scheduled 42 hours over 5 days (working one in three weekends)
