Cleaning Supervisor (Working)
Job Summary
Candidate will require their own vehicle and claim back mileage.
To lead and carry out site cleaning operations.

The Regional Cleaning Manager
Liaise with
Client representatives
Duties and Responsibilities
Operational
Comply with legislative, client and company policy, procedures and guidelines.
Lead and assist team in completing allocated cleaning tasks.
Set and maintain standards of work.
Report deficiencies in equipment, materials, chemicals or work areas.
Control the safe storage, issue and use of equipment, machinery and chemicals.
Perform any other duties required to complete the team task.
Holidays and sickness cover in the Glasgow area.
Finance
Comply with company accounting policy and procedures.
Compile time sheets and working records for staff payment.
Client Relations
Initiate and respond positively to customer feedback.
Display a pro-active approach to client service, developing those provided and seeking opportunities to expand.
Display composure and control when under customer pressure.
Personal Practice
Control and co-ordinate the effective utilisation of staff within the unit.
Implement company human resource procedures and ensure the Goal Statement philosophy is known and applied.
Training
Initiate and implement induction, training and development of all staff in the unit.
Liaise with company training specialists to utilise company training facilities to maximum effect.
Personal Specification and Qualifications
Proven track record in site cleaning supervision.
Demonstrated ability to organise small groups and motivate them.
At least 2 years cleaning experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
